299: the secret to staying happy, healthy & aligned even through hard seasons with Sarah Adler

Meet Sarah Adler: Founder. Visionary. Author. Nutritionist. Mother of three. Real-food queen and 5-ingredient-or-less-and-15-minutes-or-less recipe creator. A recovered all-or-nothing perfectionist. Obsessed with feeling GOOD.

As the founder of Simply Real Health, her mission is simple: to teach women how to simplify their food, and elevate their inner game and mindset, so they can amplify their lives. And create a more intentional and healthy life, that feels good from the inside out.

Without the rigid rules.

She’s the creator of The Simply Real Health Cookbook, The Simply Real Eating Cookbook, The Baby Food Files, The Cooking Club (her weekly recipe membership site), and the Simply Real Life Podcast. She teaches her signature program Simply Real Life: The Method, and coaches women in groups and one-on-one, helping them create more aligned, alive and healthy lives.

Sarah lives in Seattle with her husband and three young kids. She loves a perfect hot cup of matcha, making a mess in the kitchen, taking long podcast walks and traveling to catch the sun.

We chat about:

  • Why happiness tends to genuinely be her default mode, what makes that possible, and the ways she comes back to joy over and over again through hard seasons in life
  • How mindset is the #1 thing that empowers all of us to feel like our happiest, healthiest selves and her little tricks for embracing more positivity every day
  • Her experience with hypermedia gravidarum in all three of her pregnancies, and how it’s helped her experience so much more lightness and ease in postpartum and early-stage motherhood
  • The ways her business continues to evolve as she prioritizes her family over everything else, what she’s decided to let go of, and so much more.
