312: Clarity Without a Plan — The Process Guiding My Next Chapter
Over the past year, my life and work have shifted in ways I never expected. After stepping away from the wellness branding and copywriting business I ran for a decade, I found myself in a season of transition — one where I didn’t have a clear roadmap for what was next.
For a long time, my instinct was to figure it out quickly. To create a plan, map the strategy, and move forward with certainty. But instead of forcing clarity, I started following something simpler: curiosity.
In this episode, I reflect on what this past year of change has looked like and what it has taught me about finding clarity during uncertain seasons. I share how starting my Substack newsletter This Season, writing more personally, and allowing myself to explore new ideas has slowly revealed themes that are shaping my next chapter.
If you’re in a period of starting over, questioning your path, or trying to figure out what comes next in your life or career, I hope this conversation offers a reminder that clarity often comes from movement — not from having the perfect plan.
I chat about:
-
Why I chose to step away from the business I built over the past decade
-
The first clue that helped me begin exploring what was next
-
How writing weekly started revealing new themes in my life and work
-
Why clarity often emerges through action rather than planning
-
The four steps currently guiding this new chapter of my life
