holiday gifts to make life healthier.
I am having some serious fun making Photoshop collages! I can’t stop. This holiday gift guide was especially fun to put together since it features some of my favorite products and services. Each and every thing listed is sure to make any lady friend’s life a little more inspiring, colorful, and healthy.
1. Do More of What Makes You Happy. This inspiring print is the perfect reminder to continue to do things in life that make us feel uplifted and happy. /// $24
2. Ghost Rose Solid Perfume. This stuff smells amazing and is from one of my favorite online shops–Catbird! The floral scent is refreshing and what’s even better is the ingredient list is short and sweet: coconut wax, soy wax, and fragrance. No alcohol or synthetics. /// $34
3. Juniper Ridge Smudge Stick Trio. I love sage for cleansing any space of bad energy and to have burning while I meditate. I found this trio at ABC Carpet & Home; it includes White Sage (represents the deserts of the Southwest), Mugwort (represents the fresh mountain meadows of the Sierras), and Siskiyou Cedar (represents the coastal Wild Lands of the Pacific Northwest). Lovely! /// $12
4. Stag Candle. You guys, this is seriously my favorite candle of all time and it’s so perfect for the holidays. This soy candle combines the scents of Siberian fir, cilantro, citrus, and a touch of raspberry. My mood instantly lifts each time I smell it. /// $37
5. 1 Year Subscription to Darling Magazine. I am so grateful for the moment I stumbled upon this magazine in Anthropologie. It’s tagline is The Art of Being a Woman, and every issue features 8 different female persona sections: Dreamer | Hostess | Confidant | Stylist | Explorer | Beautician | Intellectual | Achiever. I read it cover to cover every time and it inspires me to be more generous, thoughtful, and purposeful in my life. There are 4 issues published per year, $20 per issue. /// $80
6. 2015 Linda & Harriet Letterpress Calendar. The brilliant woman who designs this calendar by hand each year is the sister of a friend from college. Her designs are so beautiful and playful and awesome to admire each month. Plus, she sells other print items like journals, paper placemats, and notepads. /// $34
7. 1 Year FMTV Subscription. If you have a friend who is obsessed with health and wellness documentaries, this is for them. FMTV is the only place to watch every film out there on the subject. I am a subscriber and a HUGE fan. /// $79
8. S.W. Basics Bestsellers Mini Kit. As I’ve mentioned, I am obsessed with beauty products made with natural and few ingredients. S.W. Basics is a company I trust, plus the owner Adina Grigore is a fellow Integrative Nutrition graduate, and I love supporting her! The mini kit includes a cleanser, toner, makeup remover, and face cream. /// $45
9. Be Well, Be Free Clarity Session GC. Have a friend who has been in search of support and guidance around healthy eating and lifestyle changes? I am offering 50% off my 1.5 hour Clarity Sessions. In that time, I’ll address whatever health or lifestyle concerns he or she wants to get guidance on. Following our session, I will send over a “game plan” to help them move forward with clarity. /// $125 (reg. $250)
10. Plenty More Cookbook. This is the ultimate cooking guide for veggie lovers! It is full of amazing recipes that are incredibly unique and most importantly, delicious. Such a great gift! /// $22
