episode 260: how to create a successful group program
Solocast
Today I’m diving into one of the best ways to serve your clients and potentially scale your business (if that’s your goal!), and that is through GROUP PROGRAMS.
So, if you’ve been thinking about creating one, are about to launch one, or are looking to refine the one you’ve been running for years –
This episode is for you.
Group programs are magic for a few reasons:
- They give you the opportunity to have a bigger impact beyond private, one-on-one offers. Instead of serving a handful of clients at once, you can serve many more.
- They create community which is a highly transformative component of the human experience. Being held in community is often the special sauce behind the best group programs.
- They are often rinse and repeat in nature. You can create content for them once – like video lessons, audio lessons, homework assignments – and be done aside from ongoing tweaks and enhancements.
- They usually require less of your time and energy. Instead of having daily private calls with clients, you have one weekly group call and you’re done for the week.
- They have more earning potential. There are a variety of ways to structure a group program, but oftentimes there isn’t a cap on how many people you can enroll at once. And if there is, you can make it a high ticket offer that brings in multiple 5 figures each time you run it.
So lots of reasons to create one, right?
Now, how does one create a program that produces results – that both delivers to the clients who invest and earns a decent chunk of change.
That’s what I’m going to share with you today.
